Big thanks to my gal, Danielle, for loaning me these palms---I've worn the hell outta them (see the fronds HERE).  And as much as I'd like to go on and on about the relaxed fit fronds, this Elaine Turner Tortoise Tote deserves all the cred in this post.  I sooooo love this bag--even though summer is winding down, I've used it for pool, travel, and errands and intend to use it until the very last little bit of summer (and my trips home to FLA this fall/winter).  I'm pretty tempted to snag  THIS cork version while I'm at it--it's the perfectly versatile classic tote!  One other thing I am desperate to snag is a new navy sweater--I've worn the one above to death and I'm pretty sure I can no longer hide the fact it's starting to pill.  Do y'all have any suggestions for a good navy sweater--love this Merino Version but kinda in the market for something a little chunkier with more texture.  Alright gang, make it a good one!  Oh and PS, be patient if you notice a few tweeks going on with the blog format--ole' s + s is getting a face lift in the upcoming weeks--cannot wait to share!

 Kid you not, gang, these Marc Allison Bells are my current faves.  Serious love affair going on with their fit and flattering bell cut. Since the jeans are a statement all their own, I kept her pretty simple and streamlined with a men's button down shirt.  And I'm quite excited that Marc Allison Jeans is gifting a pair to an s + s reader!  The lucky winner is going to L O V E these bad boys--seriously!

Well look at what little skirt number is an easy fall transition piece?  Sucker screamed spring/summer with this Post, and I think she's doing a pretty decent job heading into the cooler months.  While the fabric is light and airy, the navy blazer & Leopard Heels help dial down the summer feel of the skirt.  I've mentioned before I'm a big fan of infusing a little personality into my work wardrobe and I think this rig does just the trick.  Speaking of work, I've gotta scoot so I can knock off a couple of my day gig to do's---y'all make it a good one!

Dueling Stripes

 All of my fave elements are occurring in this rig.  You've got the stripes (duh), a laid back vibe thanks to some Frayed Boyfriends, a touch of femininity with Metallic Heels, and then the Piece de Resistance--a gorgeous Raspberry Satchel.  I literally could wear this look everyday--substituting the heels with some Flats if in mom mode.  Hope y'all had a lovely Labor Day Weekend--I certainly did!  Make it a good one.

Short & Sweet

How sweet is this little number from Library by Lauren Lail?  A little shorter than I tend to gravitate towards, it's soft palette, silky fabric, and peter pan collar sweeten the deal and add a boatload of femininity--therefore, making the length secondary for me.  I'm also looking forward to pairing her with some black opaque tights and chunky heels once it cools down for a little dose of soft & edgy.  

My youngest starts back to school today so I have to scoot---cheers to a fantastic Wednesday, gang--Make it a good one!
