Caramel Cream

jeans (Paige c/o Blossom of Lexington also available online HERE with zippers HERE), sweater (HM c/o, alternatives HERE & HERE), heels (J.Crew), scarf (Banana Republic other houndstooth HEREHEREHERE), bag (Louis Vuitton), shades (Ray Ban), watch (Cartier), rings (Lagos, Anna Beck,  SIMILAR SADDLE RING ON SALE)

The fit, the color, these Paige Caramel Coated Jeans really speak for themselves and require minimal counterparts (Lexingtonians snag yourself a pair at Blossom).  A Chunky Knit sized up for an extra cozy feel complements the coated denim perfectly--I'm a big fan of the pairing (see Exhibit A & EXHIBIT B).  Feel like kicking up the casual feel a notch?  I'd try pairing them with THESE GUYS but let's be honest, I need another pair of sneaks like I need a hole in the head!  Alright gang, cheers to a smooth start to our week--make it a good one!

The Casual Winter

coat (J.Crew), sweater (Gap), jeans (Current/Elliot), button down (J.Crew love THIS SALE PLAID), chucks (Converse), specs (Warby Parker c/o), watch (Cartier), bag (Michael Kors), rings (David Yurman, Lagos, Anna Beck), bracelets (j.crew, Sylvia Benson c/oJeweliq c/o)

CableknitsPlaid, with a side of Sneaks--sold!  You've got my favorite winter rig happening right here and I've already repeated the hell outta it.  Another fave I'm currently digging is a red & Camel color palette.  It's definitely a wintery combo and yet it's still cheery--the weather is so dang drab at times and a gal can only take so much black and gray.  Remember how we discussed Coats several weeks ago and the importance on where you should invest?  I clocked this Cocoon Topper for several months last year and finally took the plunge and I am SOOOO glad I did---it is the perfect addition to my collection and I have not for one second had an ounce of buyer's remorse--that's when you know paying a smidge more for an item is worth it!
Alright gang, it is crazy nippy, wet, and wintery here in the Bluegrass but that ain't stopping me from attending one of my fave annual holiday parties of the year---you ready for me, Ash, let's make this Landis Ludachristmas one for the books!  Enjoy your weekend and big thanks for swinging by!

PS:  Make sure to check out yesterday's GIVEAWAY--if you've got a little nugget in your life, this one's for you!

'Tis the Season

Quite excited to be teaming up with these beauties above for a little Holiday Party 411.  Clearly Nikki and I were on the same wavelength but I'm loving how she kicked the Jumpsuit up a notch with a Jeweled Belt.  Danielle  and Katie both had fur on the brain (BTW, thank you miss Katie---I snatched up this SNOOD at 30% off upon adoring yours).  And Miss Ashley, may I please borrow that fantastic skirt for my holiday party tonight?  I'm loving everyone's rendition of holiday wear...I think the takeaway's are---jumpsuits, sparkle, emerald green, and fur--lots of fur!  Alright gang, as promised, an outfit post from moi coming up shortly--KT is working her editing magic on some looks we shot this week--you know, smoothing out my crow's feet and such!  Should be live momentarily!  Make sure to hop on over to these ladies' blogs---all goodins indeed!

Baby Talk

images c/o Solo Diner & Table for Two

'Tis the season for BABIES!  I've got lots of future babies and newborn babies in my life right now (Brooke's, Kristin's, Tiff's, Emily's)--it's just wonderful!  With that being said, I am so very excited to introduce a line to you (with a side of a GIVEAWAY) that is without a doubt a crazy good lifesaver for moms.  Not only are these lines near and dear to my heart, but when I tell you that I am so bummed I didn't have the Solo Diner for my gals, I ain't lying.  The Boppy & Bumbo are good and all, but Solo Diner puts them pups to shame.  Not only is it a stylish seat for bottle & spoon feeding--here's the kicker--Solo Diner's positioning provides perfect feeding posture to aid in digestion and help relieve symptoms such as acid reflux, colic, colds, & breathing difficulties--something very common (and frustrating) in our little ones.
So onto the fun part---Solo Diner is gifting one s + s reader an adorable seat with the fabric of their choice.  Entry rules are a cake walk (see below).  For moms of multiples, make sure you also check out Solo's Big SisterTable for Two--because, "Everything is Better When Twins Dine Together!"  Remember how I said these are near & dear to my heart?  Well they are--my very best girlfriend from college, Lindsey, created both Table for Two & Solo Diner after having twins and experiencing the frustration of bottle feeding two at a time!  If you have a little bundle(s) in your life, Solo Diner and Table for Two will undoubtedly become your new BFF!  Make it a good one gang--outfit post coming to you live tomorrow!

INSOMNIA

Untitled #12

Damnit if Scandal on Netflix and the ASOS weeklong Cyber Monday SALE didn't have me up until 4--yes 4 am!!  I just couldn't put the computer down once Fitz got shot (apologies as that was totally a spoiler for those who haven't hopped on the Scandal bandwagon).  Luckily for y'all, my inability to snooze produced some of my current faves from ASOS and how fab that they've extended their Cyber Monday sale through the week which means 30% off everything with code MOREMOREMORE!  Here are some key takeaways from my picks:

1.  I'm having a major black and white moment
2.  I'm totally digging jumpsuits (see HERE)
3.  Metallics are here to stay for me
4.  Side of lucite never hurt anyone

Pics below will send you right to the items...I'm clearly not gonna snag all of these gems (although I want to)--but it would be sorta criminal to not take advantage of the sale right?  Noticed how I justified my unnecessary shopping?  Also, why is it that this time of year when I'm shopping for my loved ones, I always just so happen to include myself on my Xmas shopping "to-do" list?!  Oh and serious inquiry for you all---would truly love the feedback---are you guys fans of these collages and my picks--I could do so many more but I get the impression we'd rather just have outfit posts instead--def let me know.  If you're into the collages, I could totally churn more out for you--make it a good one, gang!
