I just love Navy.  I love Navy HERE, HERE, and especially HERE.  She has long been one of my favorite neutrals.  Best thing about her, you can sport head to toe, with prints, with pastels (think lilac or mint), with primary colors (think Kelly Green or Red), and with fellow neutrals black or gray.  So next time you're tempted to toss on your typical black or gray--think about sporting my fave, Navy.

Cheers to a fabulous week---it's a springtime miracle--gonna be in the 70s tomorrow--hot damn!  Surely it's because this Fool's Bday is Manana--Happiest of Bdays to my fellow Fool, Kelly King--had a blast with your sweet self on Friday!

I love this Dress.  It's carefree.  It screams spring.  It is quintessentially beachy.  Lilly Pulitzer never disappoints.  Lexingtonians make sure to get your Lilly fix at Peppermint Palm.

While not necessarily tunic weather in the Bluegrass, thankfully I was able to sport one of my fave spring frocks in FLA.  Many may restrict the tunic to a beach coverup, but I tend to wear my tunic threads in a more sporty fashion (see HERE  & HERE).  Just a friendly reminder not to limit your pieces to their intended purpose!

Still coming to you from sunny South Florida.  It should come as no surprise that I'm totally smitten with this anchor sweater from Pink Pineapple Shop, because really, is there anything anchor'd or nautical that I don't love?  That would be a big fat no.  Paired with some stripes and I believe I've got one of my fave warmer weather looks!  Cheers to a wonderful week, gang--kids and I are headed back to the KY-- GO CATS!

Spring Break

My gals and I are enjoying our little pre-Spring Break to the fullest (hence the delay in posts--sorry gang--caught up in the relaxation)!  Prior to dipping outta Lexington, I knew I wanted to refresh my spring wardrobe with some beachy prepster threads.  Thankfully Lexington has a Lilly Pulitzer signature store that I just adore---The Peppermint Palm.  Overflowing with a quintessential Palm Beach vibe, I feel transported back home every time I step foot in there (lucky for s + s, they also just so happen to be one of s + s' newest sponsors)!  Definitely dig the Buttercup Shorts and their flirty scalloped hem (see also HERE).  Check out some of my fave scallops HERE & HERE.  Alright gang, make it a good one---I'm planning on celebrating the nuptials of one of  my dearest friends from my Fort Lauderdale days and soaking up the last few days of sun before we head back home!
