I've stated it before and I'll state it again, even though it sounds a smidge selfish: once the season rolls around, I definitely shop for the ones I love, but make no mistake--girlfriend will snag a few things for herself, too!   Case in point, I've been on a HUGE sweater kick and the Ready to Wear: Tommy Hilfiger Collection exclusively sold at Macy's is serving up some super cute wintery threads.  Fair Isles, Foxes, Ponchos, Cableknits--you name it, they've got a sweater that fits your wintery taste!  I have to say, though, no winter look is complete without a topper.  Hard for me to choose between this maroon and navy puff, but the fur hood gives the navy an edge!  It is simply the coziest!

But enough about what I'm loving from the Tommy Hilfiger Collection---let's chat up what would make a great goodie for mom, sis, MIL, or even BFF.  Basically any and all of the above, or denim if you're feeling daring (how cute are these patches). But if you're looking for something universally flattering, cozy, and well received--I'd say the Swing Sweater would be our best bet.  These Checks have my sister's name ALL OVER IT!  My mother is going to LOVE this Cream Cozy Cardigan.  There's truly so dang much to choose from at a great price point (Macy's knocks it out of the park with their sales).  Feel free to shop some of my top picks from the Tommy Hilfiger line exclusively sold at Macy's below.  You all have a lovely Wednesday---make it a great one and good luck to crossing more items off your Holiday To Do List!

Girlfriend L O V E S a JUMPSUIT, indeed she does.  This Black & White (ON SALE) number from Nordstrom has already done me right this holiday season.  I wore it to both John's work holiday party as well as another Holiday Shindig.  And see that's the beauty with the Jumpsuit Selection from Nordstrom--it's pretty dang amaze for our Holiday Soiree needs.  Think parties be them office or "let yourself loose," as well as NYE--I think a Jumpsuit is simply perfect AND statement making for all of these holiday occasions we have on our calendars.   Let's briefly chat this Plunged Number from Nordstrom which sadly is no longer avail BUT there's a ton of other PLUNGES we can get our hands on (I just snagged this Floral Plunge for our Mexican NYE trip).  If I may give a few words to the wise on the PLUNGE--this is one of the very few advantages to being small chested--I'd be a little hesitant to sport this bad boy if I was well endowed BUT if you're feeling extra sassy, may I recommend keeping the hair sleek and simple as well as the makeup--let the plunge be the showstopper.  Speaking of holiday makeup--it's the perfect time of year to up the ante on our makeup mugs--think a Bright Red Lip or a Bold Brow.  I SWEAR by this Brow Pencil (she's on sale, too)--I use this baby daily.

We're gonna cut to the chase, gang, and discuss my love for yet another Crossbody.  This beauty from  Gigi New York is just that--a beauty.  You may recognize the Kelly Saddle Bag from when I launched her HERE and I have an equal affection for this Embossed Python lovely.  No doubt navy is a neutral which means she'll complement essentially everything.  I also have z e r o doubts the ladies in your life would love this pale blue beauty under the tree come Christmas morning (think sis, mom, MIL, or even BFF).  Rest assured, y'all will see me styling her a zillion ways.  

Sidenote, apologies for those of you that follow along s + s strictly for the hair--it's been majorly lackluster here lately because I'm trying to grow her into a bob a la Julianne Hough.  It's torturous gang--I mean sheer and utter TORTURE.  Thank the Lord I have an appointment tomorrow to get this mane colored and shaped because I just don't know how much longer I can take this mop.  I digress....
