Camel Does Red

coat (J.Crew), blouse (Old Navy), jeans (Joe's Jeans, love THESE & THESE), shoes & belt (J.Crew), bag (Botkier), shades (Michael Kors), watch (Michael Kors),  bracelets (J.Crew & Voce on Clay), ring (David Yurman), necklace (Moondance, Santa Monica)
Let us not forget the power of the color RED.  It instantly took this outfit from zero to ten.  Be it on your lips, nails, legs, or feet, the color can add a vibrant splash that we all could use in these dreary months.  I like to tone her down with grays, camels, creams, & navy---all hues that allow the red to do its job--POP!  Y'all make it a good one!

Army vs Navy

jeans (Joe's Jeans, AJs Casuals c/o), jacket (HM), sweater (GAP), booties (Belle by Sigerson Morrison), necklace (Stella & Dot), ring (David Yurman), watch (Tag Heuer), bracelets (iSanctuary), shades (Michael Kors), bag (Aleya NY, Bloomingdales--old)
Fall did not disappoint here in the Bluegrass!!  Chilly temps this morning indeed, with a warmer spike in the afternoon.  With that being said, it is most important to layer, layer, layer.  This army surplus style jacket is perfect enough to add a little warmth and dimension to a rig be it girly, urban, or more rugged.  It will also serve as a nice neutralizer to some of the bright hues this season.  Check out some great options below.

If I may switch gears & take a moment to discuss these ruggedly darling bangles. iSanctuarywhose tagline, "Purchase with a Purpose," provides rehabilitation options for survivors of human trafficking.  Simply stated, all of the jewelry is made, packaged, and processed by survivors.  I was engaged the moment I was made aware--beyond amazing what iSanctuary has and continues to accomplish.  You can't help but be inspired by this company's purpose. Make sure you take a gander & y'all enjoy this gorgeous start to my favorite season!

Check Mate

blouse (GAP), jeans (Ernest Sewn), belt (GAP), clutch (Urban Expressions), necklaces (Stella & Dot), bracelets (Stella & Dot and J.Crew), heels (Charles Jourdan SIMILAR here), ring (Lagos), shades (Ray Ban), watch (Michael Kors)
Undoubtedly my go to uniform, solid set of jeans & a button down blouse--always a goodin'.  I love it spruced up with heels or a casual option with ballets or chucks.  Talk about a great layering piece, too---with the cooler weather just around the corner, perfect foundation for a cardi, crewneck sweater, blazer, or leather jacket.  GAP & J.Crew have my absolute fave selections...with a fitted boyfriend cut, you truly can't go wrong.  Make it a good one!

Double Mint

jeans (J.Crew shallow sea), vest (J.Crew), shoes (Halogen, Bloomingdales),  chambray & striped tank (J.Crew), necklace (Banana Republic), bracelets (GAP, Jcrew, Adele of Lex), flats (Via Spiga), bag (Prada), belt (Gucci), watch (Cartier), shades (Colors in OptiCS), ring (David Yurman)
Double the pleasure, Double the fun!  Indeed, these Jeans have NOT done me wrong thus far.  I've owned them for approximately 3 weeks and have repeated the heck outta' them.  Seriously--worn these suckers with a light gray sweatshirt, camel blouse, navy & white striped Tee, White Blazer anchored with Black....Too many options to count!  They won't disappoint me in the fall either---all the colors above (navy, gray, or camel) in a good cozy sweater with some chucks or flat ankle boots--they'll do the trick indeed.
Y'all make it a good one!
