Many of my fave things going on with this rig...stripes (obviously) & a cozy sweatshirt being the top two.  I am just loving the fit of these Boyfriend Shorts (love THESE , too)--the relaxed feel add to the casual factor which I why I chose to add a feminine pair of Silver Ballets.  Next week I'll spruce these boyfriends up a bit for a night out so make sure you take a gander.  Alright, gang, make it a good one and enjoy your weekend!

Not a mag. Not Pinterest.  Not a fellow blogger.  Gang, this rig was actually inspired by none other than a sweet adorable Dalmatian named Mali (Hi McKamy & Holly)!  Seriously, this pup is the cutest, chubbiest little thing...but it was Mali's patterned spots that had me inspired.  So you see, don't limit yourself to the usual sources of inspiration--it truly is any & everywhere!  Make it a good one--oh, and ps: I will be at Adele this Thursday for their Hazen Jewelry & Marc Allison Jeans Trunk Show--but I'm certainly not limiting myself to just those as Adele is swarming with gems left & right--would love to see y'all there!

You all know I love a quirky Kate Spade Tee (see HERE).  Toss her on with some skinnies & a blazer, and you've got a perfect rig for date night or a gal's night out.  We've chatted about some good spring staples (the denim jacket & white blazer), well the striped blazer is no exception.  I have worn this sucker TO DEATH--I am loving this Navy & White version from Madewell.  GAP also has some great options and they're having 30% off with Friends & Family, too.  Alright, gang, you all have a fantastic close to your week--make it a good one!

To me, this is my idea of a perfect work look.  It's easy while still being professional and yet with the colors, there's a little bit of fun thrown in there, too!  Make sure you take a look below at some ridiculously affordable work/play options from Piperlime.  They carry two lines that I just love for their on trend pieces that are crazy affordable and the quality is pretty darn good considering the price point. Back from a little hiatus last week, gang!  Here's what I'm loving about this rig...the sucker is multifunctional!  It can be worn as is for some dinner & drinks...she can be worn with ballet flats for a lunch with your gal pals...or can be a perf mom uniform with some Chucks.  I definitely intend to sport it all three ways--get the look below....make it a good one!

The Jacket & Jacquard

If I may make a suggestion when prepping your wardrobe for the impending Spring, snag yourself (if you don't already own) a Denim Jacket.  It's a classic, it adds a little dimension and ruggedness to a girly frock, and it will keep you warm enough when there's still a chill in the air.  Case in point, we had a warm spell when I sported this jacquard dress from Oasis (which I MAY be wearing backwards--couldn't resist the exposed Zipper)--Anyhow, the Denim Jacket added just enough warmth while adding some tomboy to the rig.  I've had this topper for years and it still continues to deliver!  Make it a good one, gang!

Casual Sparkle

So first off--apologies for the insane amount of repetition these Jeans are experiencing--clearly I am in love with them.  Secondly, this Blazer...she is compliments of one of my faves, Danielle from Lou What Wear.  Talk about a gal who I immediately connected with--goodness!  I had a pretty good feeling we'd be fast friends since our online banter was solid; however, upon meeting Danielle, we just instantly clicked.  Funny, charismatic, and statuesque (her pics don't do her long legs justice), I just adored her right off the bat.  In an effort to be more cost conscious, we had the brilliant idea to swap some articles of clothing and I happened to score this sparkly number from her (ps:  it's marked down to $39.99 with an addt'l 20% off at Piperlime)--stay tuned for another piece coming up next week!  Alright gang, enjoy your loved ones today and keep your eyes peeled for a fun giveaway next week!
